Itinerary

Day 1: LEH –“Welcome to the top of the world”

As soon as we arrive at the top of the world welcomes us with lots of love and nature and awaiting adventures. After landing in Leh, a representative,will welcome you and help you to reach the hotel smoothly. Upon reaching the hotel,one need to complete the check-in formalities and have a relaxing day for getting proper rest. Enjoy a hearty breakfast in the hotel and gradually get acclimatized to the climate. The evening's tour will begin with a visit to the exquisitely designed Shanti Stupa, which was created to honour the 2500 years of Buddhism. This will follow a brief briefing. On the first day of the trek, visiting the Leh Palace will undoubtedly be a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Later, get some Tibetan handicrafts from the neighbourhood Leh Market or go café hopping to sample delectable Ladakhi food.For a scrumptious meal, go return to the hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel in Leh.

Day 2 : : Leh to Sham Valley | Exploring Borders of Leh.

Wake up to a beautiful morning in the mountains and have a hearty breakfast. Get ready for an adventurous drive to 'Sham Valley', which is beautifully nestled around the Srinagar - Leh highway. Start off the sightseeing by paying homage to the martyrs of the Indo-Pak War at the Hall of Fame. Visit the Spituk Gompa which also has a museum on the premises housing ancient masks, weapons and Thangkas (Buddhist Paintings). Enjoy delicious langar at Gurudwara Pathar Sahib and know the story behind the construction of this Gurudwara by the army.

Day 3 : LEH TO KHARDUNG-LA

A Drive to the World’s Highest Motorable Road (18000 ft.) After having a healthy breakfast in the morning, get ready for the ultimate adventure. This journey will take you through some of the highest passes in the world and will greet you with the ever-changing views of the barren land. Stop at the café on Khardung-La Pass, the highest all-season motorable road in the world, and take in the scenery; you'll feel as though you're on top of the world. After an amazing journey to Khardung La Pass, you can then head back to Leh. When you return to Leh, take use of the free time to explore Mall Road and buy gifts for your loved ones. Overnight stay at hotel in Leh.

Day 4: LEH TO PANGONG LAKE

Wake up in the morning and have a scrumptious breakfast. Get ready for the most awaited day as you will be visiting Pangong Lake on the Indo-China border. Pangong Tso, one of the highest altitude saltwater lakes, will welcome you with its shifting hues of blue, green, and red . Visit the Changla Baba Temple, which is located on the summit and is thought to be the protector of travellers to Chang La, the name of the pass. Visit the Druk Padma School as well, which is famous for being the location where the last scene of the movie ‘3 Idiots’ was filmed. One can also visit the beautifully structured Thiksey Monastery and Shey Palace en-route, if time permits. When you get to Leh, head straight for your accommodation. Overnight stay at a hotel in Leh.

Day 5 : It’s time to say goodbye to the Mountains

After having your breakfast in the morning, complete the check out formalities at the hotel. You will then be taken to the airport for your flight later. Fly out of Leh and bid farewell to your travelling companions and this wonderful place known as ‘The Land of Miracles’.
