Rudranath Trek location in 3600m,In the Himalayan area of Uttarakhand, Rudra Nath is the third and least accessible but most revered pilgrimage place of the renowned “Panch Kedar.” Within a thick forest of rhododendron dwarfs and Alpine meadows lies this natural rock temple. The third of five Shiva temples that make up the Panch Kedar pilgrimage circuit are located in the Garhwal region. The face of the god Shiva is referred to as “Neelakantha Mahadeva” here. About 3 km from Gopeshwar, at Sagar Village, is where the trek begins. Comparatively speaking to the other Panch Kedar temples, Rudranath temple is the most difficult to get to.
