Prashar Lake Trek is an untouched secret in the Himalayas with enchanting beauty and a beautiful trail. Nestled in the bowl-shaped valley of the Dhauladhar range, Prashar lake trek takes you through thick forests with views of snow-capped mountains, making it a real gem of a place in the Himachal Pradesh. The ancient pagoda-styled Prashar Rishi temple stands tall on the banks of the river which is made in honor of the Rishi Prashar. One of the many reasons to visit this place is that it offers 180-degree views of Pir Panjal, Dhauladhar, and Kinnaur mountain ranges from the peak point which is a feast to one’s eyes.
The Prashar Lake trek is 8 km long and it will take around 4 hours to reach the beautiful Prashar Lake. The route to Prashar lake is filled with lush greenery, numerous waterfalls, and small streams, After trekking to Prashar lake, you are free to visit the Prashar Rishi temple and enjoy the views of the Himalayan ranges.. Post-check-in relax, we'll relax and get freshen up once. Lastly, dinner will be served in the evening followed by an overnight stay at Prashar Lake Campsite.
We'll start with a early breakfast followed by checking out of the campsite. Afterwards, we'll trek up to the Prashar Lake. Trek back to Baggi village, where we get into taxis for the 25 km long drive back to Mandi. Upon reaching Mandi, you have the rest of the day to explore the quaint little hamlet of Panarsa at your leisure!
The maximum altitude for this trek is 2730 Mt., offering breathtaking views and a challenging experience.
This trek is rated as "Easy" due to the high altitude, rugged terrain, and demanding hiking days.
The trek spans 2 Days/1 Night, including travel to and from Panarsa.
Participants should be at least 08 Years to join this trek due to its demanding nature.

Pre Monsoon Season:— May first week to June end and post monsoon Season:- September 2nd week to Nov first week.
The trek starts and ends in Panarsa.
