• Policies
    • Changing to a different trek batch depends on seat availability.
    • If you transfer your trek to a friend, they must meet all the required conditions set by MountainTraveller.
    • We may change or cancel our policies at any time without prior notice.
    • Itineraries are planned in advance but can change due to conditions on the ground. MountainTraveller reserves the right to adjust trek dates, itineraries, or participants if necessary.
    • If a trip is delayed or changed due to bad weather, road conditions, transportation issues, government actions, or any other reasons beyond our control, the participant will bear the additional costs.
    • We reserve the right to accept or decline any trek participant.
    Trek Change Policy
    • If an unforeseen event occurs, MountainTraveller may switch the trek to a different one. This will only happen with the trekker’s approval.
    • Changing to a different trek batch is based on seat availability.
    • If the new trek is more expensive than the original one, the trekker must pay the difference.
    • If the new trek costs less, the difference will be refunded through cashback, discounts, or vouchers.
    Trek Date Change Policy
    • Changing your trek batch is subject to seat availability.
    • If transferring your trek to a friend, they must meet our requirements.
    • We may update or cancel policies without notice.
    Refund Policy
    • In case of cancellation or changes, refunds follow these rules:
      • No refund if you agree to change the date or trek but fail to show up.
      • Refunds can be applied to a future trek in urgent or special cases.
    Cancellation Policy
    • Cancellation 30 days or more before the trek: Full refund.
    • Cancellation between 30 to 20 days before the trek: 50% refund.
    • Cancellation between 20 to 10 days before the trek: 25% refund.
    • Cancellation less than 10 days before the trek: No refund.
    If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 6 days.
