Itinerary

Day 1 : Manali to Barshaini - Kheerganga (9100 ft 12 Km Trek 5/6 hrs).

Pickup from Manali in the early morning and reach Barsheni via Kasol. Trek starts from here. The trail ahead is a 12 Km walk through a lovely forest to the open meadow of Khirganga Overnight in tent..

Day 2 : Kheerganga – Tund Bhuj (10900 ft 13 Km Trek 7/8 hrs)

Enjoy a hearty breakfast, The 13 Km walk to Tundabhuj from Kheerganga, a walk that commences through dense pine forests and meadows . you can see huge mountains covered with snow and the sight view looks very peety. Dinner and overnight stay in tents.

Day 3 : Tunda Bhuj – Thakur Kuwan (11593 ft 11 Km Trek 6/7 hrs)

Trek from Tunda Bhuj to Thakur Kuwana is around 6 hours trek. The trail continues through a landscape strewn with waterfalls, lakes, and meadows till Thakur Kuan. As you start for further trail you will g upto high level and the landscape view can be see very striking.

Day 4 : Thakur Kuwan – Ody Thach (12,400 ft 9 Km Trek 5/6 hrs)

After having a healthy breakfast in the morning then We continue our days trek along the river. After a while we cross a side stream over a boulder.. After crossing, it is a straight walk till Ody Thach, which can be a gorgeous meadow with the majestic Kullu Eiger peak overlooking it. We camp beside the river.

Day 5 : Ody Thach – Mantalai (13,547 ft, 12 Km Trek 8/9 hrs )

today’s trek is getting to be very enjoyable, as you walk alongside the river Parvati. At the beginning the trail is gradual along the river and then the valley widens as well the water flow.

Day 6 : Mantalai – Pin Parvati Pass Basecamp (16,188 ft, 11 Km Trek 8/9 hrs)

Today is a long & tough day. Start early from the camp and we move along the valley after crossing a side stream. We camp at the edge of the glacier for the Parvati side base camp.

Day 7 : Pin Parvati Pass Basecamp – Pin Parvati Pass (17,400 ft) – Bedu Tanch (14,360 ft, 15 Km Trek 10/12 hrs)

Today again we start early morning across the huge open ice field leading to the pass. While trekking on the permafrost region we see the glacial lake formation and snow capped peaks. After spending a brief time at the pass, prepare to start out your descent through snowfields and moraine sections to realize the Pin river in Spiti valley. You’ll reach the campsite after another river crossing. Relax, exchange stories with the other trekkers, and luxuriate in an honest night’s sleep in your tent.

Day 8 : BeduTanch – Tiya (13,125 ft, 12 Km Trek 5/6 hrs)

The trek today is becoming to belong but very gentle. Enjoy the gorgeous landscape of Spiti with its multi-coloured mountains. You’ll be passing by some shepherd camps, and crossing a couple of streams as you hike.

Day 9 : Tiya – Mudh (12,500 ft) and occupy Kaza (12 Km Trek 4/5 hrs & 25 Km Drive)

Today we’ll be trekking to mud village which is the last village of pin valley. After reaching Mud driving to Kaza Reach kaza in the afternoon and rest for some time. Later in the evening, explore the rustic town Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel in kaza.

Day 10 : Kaza to manali | End of Trip

After breakfast and check out from the hotel. You’ll reach Manali between 6.00 Pm to 7:00 Pm. You can book your travel any time after 8:00Pm

    The above trek cost includes transport to and from base camp.
  • Safety equipment
    First aid, medical kit, oxygen cylinders, stretchers, Walkie-Talkie etc. will be available at campsite.
  • Accommodation
    Stay is included from Day 1 to Last Day. Tents/Homestays/lodges will be provided. Tripple sharing Accommodation and separate accommodation for girls/ladies will be provided
  • Meals
    All meals from dinner on Day 1 to breakfast at Last day are included. Veg food will be provided during the trek.
  • Permits/ Forest fees
    UTT will arrange trekking permits and forest passes.
  • Experienced Trek Leader & Team
    Qualified trek leaders haing in basic / advanced mountaineering courses certificates/ degrees will assist trek.Other staff member includes qualified cooks, helpers and porters.
  • Food during transit to and from the base camp
    Food would not be provided during transit and trekkers have to bear the cost at their own.
  • Mule and Porter charges
    Generally we expect trekkers to carry their bag-pack and luggage themselves. For those who wish to use Mule/Porter need to pay Rs 350 per day for same.

    Personal Expense of any kind. The trek cost does not include stay at any location on last day
