Overview

Nag Tibba is a circular trek which has a different finishing point from the starting point and there is no overlap on the trails you covered once to reach the peak. A contrasting landscape will be visible while you descend down from the summit. Some quaint villages and extremely beautiful Deodar forests will welcome you warmly and they will give you the refreshing atmosphere to make your tiredness go away.

Itinerary

Day 1: Dehradun – Pantwari – Nag Tibba Base camp ( 85 Km Drive & 3 Km Trek)

Will start between 7-8 am from Dehradun. Will drive to Pantwari village via Mussoorie, Kempty Falls Reach Pantwari village and start first day trek to Nag Tibba Temple. We arrive at Nag Tibba. Enjoy the evening bonfire, share experiences and camp in the lovely ambience.

Day 2 : Nag Tibba Base camp - Summit –and back to Base camp ( 3 Km to Summit, 3 Km Descent )

Your Trek to Nag tibba begins early in the morning. Explore the region and take in the picturesque views as you trek to the summit on steep slopes. Reach the snow –capped peak of Nag tibba. Take in the panoramic views of the Himalayan ranges of swargrohin, Gangotri, Banderpoonch etc. After exploring and resting you tried muscles, trek back the 6 Kms to Kathaian.

Day 3 : Nag Tibba Base camp - Pantwari by trek and back to Dehradun ( 3 KmTrek and 85 Km Drive)

After having lunch we will descend to Pantwari village and then drive to Dehradun

Inclusions

  • Transport to and from the base camp
    The above trek cost includes transport to and from base camp.
  • Safety equipment
    First aid, medical kit, oxygen cylinders, stretchers, Walkie-Talkie etc. will be available at campsite.
  • Accommodation
    Stay is included from Day 1 to Last Day. Tents/Homestays/lodges will be provided. Tripple sharing Accomodation and seprate accomodation for girls/ladies will be povided
  • Meals
    All meals from dinner on Day 1 to breakfast at Last day are included. Veg food will be provided during the trek.
  • Permits/ Forest fees
    UTT will arrange trekking permits and forest passes.
  • Experienced Trek Leader & Team
    Qualified trek leaders haing in basic / advanced mountaineering courses certificates/ degrees will assiston trek.Other staff member includes qualified cooks, helpers and porters.
  • Food during transit to and from the base camp
    Food would not be provided during transit and trekkers have to bear the cost at their own.
  • Mule and Porter charges
    Generally we expect trekkers to carry their bag-pack and luggage themselves. For those who wish to use Mule/Porter need to pay Rs 350 per day for same.
  • Personal Expense
    Personal Expense of any kind. The trek cost does not include stay at any location on last day
