Please read this Cancellation Policy carefully before booking with Mountain Traveller. By booking with us, you agree to follow this policy.

1. Cancellation by Trekkers

• Cancellation >30 Days Before Trek Start Date: Full refund.

• Cancellation 30-20 Days Before Trek Start Date: 50% refund.

• Cancellation 20-10 Days Before Trek Start Date: 25% refund.

• Cancellation <10 Days Before Trek Start Date: No refund.

2. Cancellation by Mountain Traveller

• Unforeseen Situations: In the event of an unforeseen situation (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest), Mountain Traveller reserves the right to cancel the trek.

• Advance Notice: We will make every effort to inform trekkers in advance.

• Refund Options:

  • Full refund.

  • Adjustment of the refund towards a future trek (subject to availability).

3. Refund Conditions

• No Refund: If you agree to a change in date or trek but fail to attend, no refund will be issued.

• Future Trek Adjustments: Refunds may be adjusted towards a future trek in urgent or special cases (e.g., medical emergencies, family crises).

• Refund Processing: Any approved refunds will be processed within 6 business days.

4. Legal Compliance

This Cancellation Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes will be handled in the courts of Uttarakhand, India.
