The Namik Trek will also provide you the chance to experience local cultural traditions by visiting the communities of Namik, Gogina, and Kimu.

Itinerary

Day 1 : Munsiyari to Senar Gad Meadows

Hrs :3 altitude - 3,600 ft km:7 Your arrival in Munsiyari will mark the beginning of the Namik Glacier Trek. To get to the San Gad Meadows on the first day of the trek, you must go 7 kilometres. The first day's trek will be reasonably easy, and you may finish it in 3 hours. You'll stay at a campsite next to the appealing Senar Gad Meadows for some time. Overnight stay in campsite.

Day 2 : Trek from Senar Gad Meadows to Dhaduk

5 Hrs trekking km:11 The Namik Glacier Trek's second day. You will be trekking to Dhaldauk, one of the well-known locations where shepherds and commands frequently visit. You will be able to see the stunning Panchachuli Hills over this rather short trip. Overnight stay in camp.

Day 3 : Trek from Dhaldauk to Sudan Khan

Hrs:3 trek km: 7 On the third day of the trek. You will trek to Sudamkhan, which is well known for its expansive vistas of the Himalayas. The alluring landscape will captivate you. Overnight stay in Sudamkhan,and enjoy the location.

Day 4 : Trek from Sudam Khan to Hiramani Glacier

Hrs: 4 km:9 You will visit Hiramani Glacier on the fourth day of the Namik Glacier Trek, which is surrounded by a beautiful environment. Coming over to this place, you will be able to witness the serene views of the Nanda Kot and Nanda Devi Peak. On the trek's fourth day. Camping at the glacier's edge will allow you to see the spectacular dawn and sunset.

Day 5 : - Hiramani Glacier to Namik Glacier - Sudamkhan

Hrs: 3 trek km:7 Start the trek to Namik after an early breakfast. Namik Glacier is a scenic place situated at an elevation of 3600 mts above sea level. The glacier is surrounded by some of the famous mountain peaks like Nanda Devi, Trishul Mountain and Nanda Kot. Enchanting views of the glacier will greet you. Dinner will be provided at the Sudamkhan campground. Overnight stay in camp ,and enjoy the all peaks.

Day 6 : Trek from Sudamkhan to Namik Village

Hrs:3 Km:7 On the 6th day of the Namik Glacier Trek. you will be heading out in the direction of Namik Village which is known to be a Bhotia Village. In the village, there are houses that were built traditionally and have numerous wood carvings. The town, which is adjacent to the Indo-Tibetan trade route, has historically been a significant centre of trade. You will have the opportunity to tent in the Namik Village as well. Which will give you insights about the local lifestyle.

Day 7 : Trek from Namik Village to Gogina

Hrs : 3 trek Km:7 You will reach Gogina Village, a small community near to the Ramganga Valley, on the seventh day of the trek. It is a beautiful village that is mainly famous for its traditional houses. You can look around the neighbourhood and go to the fascinating Kimu Village nearby Gogina. Overnight stay in campsite.

Day 8 :Trek from Gogina to Liti

Hour:3 trek km: 7 The day to descend from the trek has come. Now you'll trek over to Liti. You will spend the night at Liti and be offered a broad variety of regional dishes at the campsite.

Day 9:Trek from Liti - Bageshwar - Kathgodam

The time has come to end the trek. You will be starting your onward return journey from Liti to Bageshwar or Kathgodam . Where you can start your homeward journey from.

    The above trek cost includes transport to and from base camp.
  • Safety equipment
    First aid, medical kit, oxygen cylinders, stretchers, Walkie-Talkie etc. will be available at campsite.
  • Accommodation
    Stay is included from Day 1 to Last Day. Tents/Homestays/lodges will be provided. Tripple sharing Accommodation and separate accommodation for girls/ladies will be provided
  • Meals
    All meals from dinner on Day 1 to breakfast at Last day are included. Veg food will be provided during the trek.
  • Permits/ Forest fees
    UTT will arrange trekking permits and forest passes.
  • Experienced Trek Leader & Team
    Qualified trek leaders haing in basic / advanced mountaineering courses certificates/ degrees will assist trek.Other staff member includes qualified cooks, helpers and porters.
  • Food during transit to and from the base camp
    Food would not be provided during transit and trekkers have to bear the cost at their own.
  • Mule and Porter charges
    Generally we expect trekkers to carry their bag-pack and luggage themselves. For those who wish to use Mule/Porter need to pay Rs 350 per day for same.
  • Personal Expense
    Personal Expense of any kind. The trek cost does not include stay at any location on last day
